Use interdental aids: Normally most patients are lazy to clean areas
between 2 teeth and that’s where the decay process is most commonly seen.. so using dental floss,
interdental brush or a water floss is a must

Tounge: never to be skipped: Bad odor is all because of the germs
resting on your tongue so make tongue cleaning as your regular practice.

Lifetime use of mouthwash is not recommended.
Using mouthwash by old patients wherein proper oral hygiene cannot be followed is acceptable.
There are different indications for use of mouthwash and different mouthwashes for those varied indications so see your dentist twice a year.
Routine check-ups are must....so visit your dentist once in 6 months to be updated with your oral cavity.
